31st October is a day marked for the celebration of Halloween. It’s one festival which is observed across several countries with scary and fancy costumes being displayed.

Rob Schneider was born on October 31, 1963. Known for his comedy chops, the actor joined his longtime friend Adam Sandler in the movie “Hubie Halloween,” playing a psychiatric patient.
